For Guests who have booked directly with us, we provide a holiday voucher equal to the value of the deposit paid, plus an extra bonus of 20% on the value of the deposit paid, to be used when rebook holidays up to October 2021, in agreement with the reservation department.
We will allow free cancellation without charge 7 days prior to the arrival.
For Guests who have booked their holidays through our partners (tour operators, travel agencies and online providers) we provide a Credit voucher of € 250 to be redeemed with the hotel extras, for rebooked holidays with the same holiday partner up to October 2021. We will allow free cancellation without charge 7 days prior to the arrival. Minimum stay 5 nights is requested.
